The user lib directory is currently unversioned, which leads to an array of segfaults when Gerbil is updated.
We need to start keeping the lib version (gerbil+gambit) in order to avoid segfaulting right and left in the all too common situation of "I recompiled my gerbil but havent recompile my code/packages".
