Reworks the iterators in std/struct for consistency.

  • the default queue iterators are destructive/
  • provide copying iterators for read-only access
  • rbtree gets key and value iterators.

This was written in its entirety by ds4 on the spark, using opencode.
The gerbilosaurus rex is evolving.
